CHOP! is not only a rapid tapping game. Tracking moving targets, separating the red decoy from valid flies, and knowing when to protect a combo shape the score. In the first round, learning the target types is more useful than trying to catch everything.
Confirm the target first
Regular and golden flies add points, while the red fly removes them. Do not react to every movement. Identify the target color before striking. In later levels, a brief confirmation is more valuable than a fast incorrect hit.
Protect the combo
Consecutive catches increase the multiplier. Hitting empty space or touching the red fly breaks the rhythm. Waiting for the next clean opportunity may produce a better total than a desperate attempt at a distant target.
Read each level change
The table artwork and target speed change during the round. Use the first seconds of a new level to judge the pace. Aim near the target center and keep your finger from hiding it on a phone.
