TOFTI Shadow Studio

TOFTI Shadow Studio is a visual reasoning game about rotating bright pieces into the same orientation as dark silhouettes. Each round shows a fixed shadow on the left and the same shape turned another way on the right. The structure never changes; the challenge is to read its direction and choose the required quarter turns. Eight correct matches complete a studio session.

Tap the colored shape or use the rotation controls. Matching with fewer turns earns more points. A clear square grid makes it easier to compare positions, while later levels can present denser outlines. There is no time limit, allowing younger and older players to reason at their own pace.

This original TOFTI puzzle follows the same rule on phones, tablets and computers. Shapes are drawn by the game code, sounds are synthesized on the device, and no outside game assets are loaded. The best result stays only in this browser.

How to play

Study the dark silhouette on the left. Tap the colored shape, or use the left and right controls, to turn it in 90-degree steps. The game recognizes the match automatically when every filled square has the same position. Complete eight silhouettes while using as few rotations as possible.
